This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. I love everything about this old hotel. The hardwood floors, the high ceilings, the decor, the wine and cheese in the afternoon. But this time the staff seemed especially nice. The lady at the front desk and the bellman who also handled the wine and cheese party the first afternoon I arrived went out of their way to help me with anything they could. They were so pleasant and it was like I was a guest at someone's home instead of a hotel. Thank you!

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a smile every time we entered the door. The room was fabulous! The decor and high ceilings were awesome. I loved the exposed brick. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Thank you for an outstanding stay. Each and every person we came in contact with were pleasant as well as helpful. We enjoyed the historical restoration of your inn and felt we were a part of history. We highly recommend it to anyone who needs to find a relaxing and comfortable time away from home.

Your staff was wonderful! Sheila, Willie, the continental breakfast staff, and the room attendant staff were all great. Your employees are truly an asset to your Inn. In the hustle & bustle of today's society, we sometimes forget how to treat people...but not your staff ..... They were wonderful! Thank you!!!!!

Our overall stay at the East Bay Inn was excellent. It seems as if every time we entered or exited the Inn, we were greets with a smile. At checkout, Julie gave me very detailed directions to get to Bonaventure Cemetery and then to get back to the interstate, which came in very handy. If I ever return to Savannah, I will definitely stay at the East Bay Inn. Thanks again for your hospitality and helpfulness!

"We were so pleased with the accommodations that your Inn provided, adding a relaxing home base for our trip. My daughters and I could not pin point an individual staff member because everyone was so helpful. The lady on desk the first night that we arrived at 1:30 am was helpful and understanding of our exhaustion. The lady who cleaned our room provided an extra robe and bottled water. The cordials are a tradition that we kept up when we came back to Canada. We took a picture of the crown moldings to show our carpenter friend.
