"This is a great place to stay in Savannah, Georgia. The inn is well situated and is within easy walking distance of all the tourist areas. The rooms are charming and well appointed. The staff is exceptionally helpful and provided good information for tourists. We especially enjoyed Sheila's help and sense of humor and the evening "cordial". "I came here expecting service like a hotel I guess, I got way more. When we arrived "Melvin the Bellman" came out and rolled the bags to our room.  We went to the room which was perfectly cleaned and put in place. Gorgeous rooms! We stayed down at River St. until we discovered their coffee. WOW. I never drink coffee but I drank at least 5 cups of that coffee! Willie came around and did turn down service and gave us chocolate, while the girls and I sat in the sitting area we had a chat with Willie about the hotel and it's history while drinking that awesome coffee! The staff there is so kind and friendly, by the end of our stay I felt like I was leaving family. They were just so amazing! We will be returning to the FABULOUS East Bay Inn!!" --April 6, 2013

"We brought friends with us for a weekend in Savannah, and are so happy we chose the East Bay Inn for our stay. It was wonderful in every way (my husband and I were even lucky enough to get the "Charlie" room!) The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were lovely! "In searching for Hotels in Savannah that excepted pets, we came across the East Bay Inn. I will say the location can't be beat, it is one block off of River Street and convenient to many other spots. The Inn is awesome. If you like old style charm, it is beautiful. The staff is amazing, friendly and always helpful. It is clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed in a Superior Queen (#102 on first floor), which was very spacious, and we had our own little private courtyard too. We did not experience any noise from outside, or guests above that bothered us. Julie, at the front desk, was fabulous! All in all, I don't think we could have chosen better accommodations. My Wife and I, and our pup will definitely be back. Thank you East Bay Inn!" --March 4, 2013
