“Cozy and Classy. I just moved here and my friends took me to Tandem, a tiny little bar in the East Bay Inn. Creative cocktails! Great selection! Classy looking but still friendly and fun. The bartender introduced me to the owner, who was hanging out with a group of friends in the corner. He actually came over and gave me a hug when he found out that I had just moved here and said "welcome to Savannah, honey"! Seriously! I loved the bar and I love this city!”
